Cancellation Policy

 

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made to secure and confirm the reservation. A Credit Card deposit is charged to your account on the date the reservation is made.  A confirmation of your reservation with the amount of the balance due, your receipt and contact instructions are sent to you after receiving the deposit.

 

BALANCE DUE: Balance is due the day of the birthday party.

 

CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS: Please notify us at least 3 days before your birthday party if you wish to make changes to your reservation concerning number of girls, or add-ons. Please note if your wanting to add extra time to your party it may not be available as we do book up fast.

 

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations Received:

90 days prior to your event: 75% of your REQUIRED deposit will be refunded.

30 days prior to your event: 50% of your REQUIRED deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to your event will forfeit the entire REQUIRED Deposit

Prior to the 30 days before your event Simply Sassy will allow you one-time to reschedule your event.
